MR8S-100 / MR8S-160 Double Bag Feeding Rotary Premade Pouch Packaging Machine
The MR8S-100/160 is a double bag packaging machine developed for large-scale production of small granule products. It has two bag magazines, and the control system switches between them: when one magazine runs empty the other takes over, so the machine does not stop for reloading. Compared with traditional single-magazine models, production efficiency is increased by more than 40%. It suits seasonings, tea leaves, nuts and other small granules that need continuous high-speed packaging.

- Brand Components — Festo pneumatics, Schneider Electric systems and Igus engineering bearings from Germany.
- Two-Step Bag Opening — The mechanical bag arm opens the bag in two steps, partial opening first and then inflation, which greatly improves the bag opening success rate.
- Anti-Contamination Sealing — The push-pull sealing design blocks product from entering the bag seal area, which prevents part corrosion and keeps the sealing area clean.

Machine Layout
Two bag feeding layouts are available on the same rotary platform: a vertical bag magazine and a horizontal bag magazine. The drawing shows the bag path from the magazine to the rotary table, the filling and sealing stations around the table, and the outfeed conveyor that carries the finished pouches away.
The vertical magazine stands the bags upright and picks them from the side; the horizontal magazine lays the bags flat and feeds them in line with the machine. Both layouts use the same rotary sealing system, so the choice depends on bag style and how the line is arranged.
