Automatic Tray Sealing Machine
Automatic Tray Sealing Machine
Fully intelligent system control, easy to access the production line and switch parameters.
There are two modes for sealing: pressure mode and time mode, can be freely selected.
Three models cover different outputs: TA-350 seals four trays per cycle, TA-360 and TA-750 six. TA-750 adds full servo drive, a die of up to 1000×380mm and a 300m³/h vacuum pump.

TA-750 data measured with 222×132mm trays and 6 cavities per cycle; capacity depends on tray size, product and filling weight.
Capacity & Filling Volume depends on the product status and filling weight.
Mold Structure
The TA-350 die set below has four cavities. Cavity number, tray size and die height are made to order, and one die can run several tray heights that share the same footprint.
The die set is the core of a tray sealer. The lower die locates the trays; the upper die closes on it, replaces the air inside each tray with the set gas mixture, then welds the lid film and cuts it in the same stroke.
- Top die - carries the sealing blades, the sealing rings and the cutting blades (a set of four groups).
- Vacuum extraction and gas replacement pipelines - one set at the front and one at the back of the die; the vacuum gauge on the panel shows the vacuum level of the circuit.
- Sealing ring - presses the film against the tray flange so the gas stays in the tray while sealing.
- Sealing blade - heats and welds the lid film to the tray.
- Bottom die - locates the trays and carries the vacuum and gas flushing ports; when the two dies close, the upper die connects to these ports and the gas exchange takes place.
Quick Mold Change

An optional mold cart carries the upper and lower dies at working height. It moves on castors, lifts with a handwheel and aligns to the machine, so a die change becomes: unlock, pull the die out on the cart, roll the next die in, lock.
Vacuum, gas and heater connections are made through the die base, so no wiring or piping has to be disconnected. The same cart serves TA-350 and TA-750 die sets.
Machine Structure
The upper die takes vacuum, gas and cooling through shafts and bushings and uses aviation plugs for heaters and temperature sensors, so a die can be changed without disconnecting lines. Each bowl on the upper die can be removed on its own; heaters and sensors can be replaced in place.

TA-750 is arranged in five groups:
- Die station - lower die drive with servo motor and double-crank mechanism, upper die seat with guide shafts and locating pins, upper and lower dies.
- Tray handling - infeed belt that spreads the trays, aligning belt that sets the pitch, servo clamp that carries trays into the die and finished packs out, outfeed belt.
- Film system - servo unwind, film control with color-mark sensor, pulling unit with spring-loaded press roller, rewind with clutch for constant tension.
- Vacuum and gas - 300m³/h vacuum pump and the gas circuit that runs through the dies.
- Frame, guards and electrical cabinet - stainless frame, hinged guard doors front and rear, large cabinet with space for extension.
